职位描述: PURPOSE目的To achieve customer service OIT & sales business target, maintain and enlarge customer satisfaction in assigned territoryWORKING RELATIONSHIPS工作关系oCS delivery team: ensure customer service request can be handled timelyoCS logistic team: communicate parts delivery informationoCustomer Care Center: ensure customer service request can be handled timelyoCommercial sales team and marketing team: communicate customer needs and handle business opportunity wellPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责oPromote service/solution products to achieve annual AOP target, including service contract, POS, X-ray tube, system spare part, paid job, system lifecycle products and other related service products.oMonitor and collect account receivable on a time basisoBuild up and improve customer relations and explore potential business opportunitiesoImprove service contract penetration rate, service conversion rate and renewal rateoCooperate with ASP, service channel and other service dealer to maintain region service market.oEffectively implement marketing & sales strategies and activities to fulfill business objectives in terms of sales revenue, growth rate and improvement of contract and overall service marginsoCooperate with service delivery team, commercial team and marketing team to enhance and protect Philips brand for long-term business growthoCooperate with commercial sales team to enhance KA & VIP customer relationshipoOther tasks assigned by team & companyMAJOR CHALLENGES主要挑战oMeet the challenges of AOP target and continuous business growthoImprove contract penetration rate to ensure sustained growth of sales revenueoImprove new business growth of sales revenueoCollect the AR payment as early as possible to maintain cash flowoRespond swiftly to the increasingly diversified and flexible market needsoBe aware that the CS market is becoming more & more competitive, and creative marketing & sales initiatives need to be takenJOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求Education学历:BS/MS degree in a medical, engineering or business discipline, junior college is essentialExperience工作经验:Knowledge of medical equipment service business, 2+ years progressive sales/marketing or services experience strongly preferredc) Travel Frequency出差频率: > 50%d) Competency and Skills 能力和技能:oAccountable, innovative, energeticoGood communication and negotiation skilloProven track record in business sales role.oPositive attitude, hard work, self-motivated, open-mind, and ownershipoWilling to travel 职能类别: 医疗器械销售代表
