职位描述： Key responsibilities:1.To keep in touch with the Service Innovation, Application groups and other relevant parties, to be informed about new developments, to be able to maintain existing courses and to ensure that course content is up to date.2.To deliver local courses in the fields or other campuses.3.To gain field experiences in order to get a realistic view of the products and student environment to more appropriately develop and deliver training.4.To adhere to the policy and processes for training delivery in order to enable a standardized course delivery.5.To arrange systems, materials and classrooms to ensure that the courses can be delivered in the most optimum conditions (classrooms, systems and lab environment).6.To order/return equipment parts for training requirements, to ensure the training courses can be delivered as scheduled.7.To be responsible for training systems maintenances, including CM/FCO/PM/upgrade, to keep good running status for training purpose.8.To coach the students in all learning environments in order to present the learning content in the most active and efficient way for the student to study.9.To evaluate the courses and assess the students in order to get feedback with which to improve course quality to the targets as set by the team manager.10.To ensure that the departmental and Philips Healthcare safety regulations are followed in order to guarantee the safety of the students and others.Major Challenges:-To delivery training with high quality and quantity.-To leverage training resources to make them in good utility.-To keep updating knowledge and professional for high quality training requirement.-To develop training material and courses for new training requirements and keep it up to date.Key competences / experiences:-Bachelor degree or above, preferably majored in Biomedical Engineering / Electronic Engineering / Medical Imaging or other medical related field;-At least 3 years fields working experience in customer service/R&D in medical device industry focused; Training or team development experience is a plus;-Good integrity and self-motivated, possesses of team spirit and able to bear working pressure;-Good communication skill on both internally and externally; and has the wiliness to coach/help others;-Good English skill in both written and oral 职能类别： 放射科医师 其他
