职位描述: In this role, you have the opportunity toDeliver clinical application training of PC to area and major account customers to maintain good customer feedback; Make and filing clinical application training materials and update to share point regularly.You are responsible for?Establish a qualified standard customer application training workflow.?Deliver application training to regional key account hospitals to maintain good customer relationship.?Manage 3rd party training vendors to deliver qualified application training for non-key account hospitals.?Coordinate and deliver application training to internal teams including CS, sales and dealers.?Set up customer application training centers and organize training activities.?Make up and update application training material.?Conduct application related clinical trials.?Organize customer experience sharing activities like user club.?Support local marketing activities within budget planned.You are a part ofDirect to Sr. Clinical Application Manager and very close with external Customer who bought Philips Co. patient monitors for training purpose.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience?Bachelor’s degree above (Medical background is preferred)?At least 3 years clinical work experience in healthcare industry or hospital?Qualifications in critical care medicine, internal medicine, surgery or anesthesiology.?Good execution capability and strong desire for success.?Strong communication and interpersonal skill with outgoing character.?Professional presentation skills.?Good skill for Microsoft office software, fluent English in both written and oralIn return, we offer youA path towards your most rewarding career.
