职位描述： JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title (职位名称): Scientist for Data Analytics PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要工作职责?Play an active role in the project team by contributing creative ideas aimed at designing and developing healthcare solutions. Creative ideas should result in patents that protect potential future expansion of our healthcare business.?Design and implement solutions, in collaboration with hospitals.?Test your solutions in a hospital setting.?Be up-to-date, and understand, existing literature in the specific areas assigned to you. Ensure creative ideas are supported by/built on existing literature. Ensure literature reviews and outcome of experiments to be produced are made available to the Philips community in the form of Technical Reports.?Actively collaborate with colleagues in Philips that are working in related fields and assist your colleagues, both in China and abroad, by sharing/discussing your insights.MAJOR CHALLENGES 主要挑战?Conduct data mining and data analyst on clinical data and non-clinical data from various sources.?Pro-actively make knowledge available for operational use within Philips to contribute to successful transfers of research results to the businesses.?Keep abreast of technical, application and market developments in the relevant technological and industrial areas, demonstrating interest in the business aspects.?Contribute pro-actively to a creative and inspiring working environment.More specifically:?Define and develop algorithms for data mining, data visualization and predictive model.?Extract information from healthcare system/equipment/infrastructure through data mining.?Analyze big data and identify new values from the data.?Clinical validation of the developed solutions in the form of validation though to the clinical practice and also clinical trials. Practical experience in setting up or conducting clinical trials is highly desirable.JOB REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求Education学历:?Master degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics or Bio-informatics. The degree should be supported by publications in renowned international journals.Experience工作经验:?Data mining and machine learning, preferably in healthcare.?Big Data technology, e.g. Hadoop, Cloudera, Sparks, Impala.?Probability theory which includes PDF estimation, scenario analysis.?Statistics theory which includes stochastic processes, Markov processes, regression analysis.?Optimization theory which includes linear/nonlinear/integer programming, large-scale optimization, multi-domain optimization, decision theory.?Applied mathematics areas such as graphic theory (used in social network analysis), numerical analysis (e.g. Monte Carlo method).?Expert with data analytics tools and programming preferred, e.g. SPSS, SAS, Java, Java Script, Matlab, Python and R.?Clinical workflows or clinical decisions support.?Business intelligence.Competency and Skills 能力和技能:?Drive, entrepreneurial behavior, result oriented and quality driven.?Excellent communication skills.?Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving skills. 职能类别：临床数据分析员
