职位描述： 岗位职责：1.1遵守公司的规章制度；Obey the regulations of company;1.2负责确保所有新增或变更的文件按照文件管理规程执行；Be responsible for ensuring all new established or change documents in accordance with the document management procedure;1.3负责不断根据起草部门的文件变化情况予以存档和调整、删除或替换旧版本，整理出现行的最新版本，确保文件版本正确无误；Be responsible for archiving, adjusting, deleting and substituting the old version, tidying up the current version to ensure the correctness of the version;1.4确保文件的分发过程按照文件管理规程执行；Ensure the distribution of the document in accord with the document management procedure;1.5负责受控纸的管理并及时做好相关记录；Be responsible for the management of the controlled paper and record timely;1.6负责文件体系形成后，及时更新现行文件目录及台帐；Be responsible for the updating of the file catalogue and list after forming document system ;1.7负责定期向相关部门公布公司现行文件目录；Be responsible for publishing the company document catalogue to relevant departments periodically;1.8负责起草与文件管理相关的文件和记录，确保符合GMP；Be responsible for drafting the documents and records related with the document management to ensure the compliance with GMP;1.9负责组织文件管理相关的培训工作；Be responsible for the training work of the document management;1.10参与公司培训计划的制订，并监督培训实施过程；Participate in the setting up of the company training plan and supervise the implementation of training;1.11参与内审、外审工作；Participate in internal and external audit;1.12定期向直接上级汇报文件工作情况；Report the document job to direct supervisor periodically;1.13完成上级交办的其它工作。Finish the other jobs assigned by the supervisor.岗位要求：1.1具备医药或相关专业本科以上教育背景，从事相关工作2年以上，且熟悉GMP文件管理工作；With the education background of medicine or relevant major of bachelor or above, with more than 2 years related working experience and familiar with the GMP document management;1.2计算机操作熟练，熟悉文秘和档案管理工作；Familiar with the PC skill, the secretarial and archives management;1.3保密性强，责任心好；With high awareness of confidentiality and responsibility;1.4英语读写能力良好。Good English reading and writing. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
