职位描述： 1.Responsible for the design and execution of antibody screening and selection to meet criteria such as affinity, species cross-reactivity and biological function2.Lead an antibody high-throughput screening team.3.Lab management4.Collaborate across all the functional groups in the department to enable effective project progression from target research through CMC initiation5.Analyzes, interprets, summarizes, compiles data and presents internally and externally.6.Lead integrated antibody discovery project.7.Other responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion.Qualifications1.Ph.D.in immunology, biochemistry or other biological science, with >3 years of experience in biologics discovery, or Master degree with >5 years of experience in biologics discovery2.Experienced in antibody screening techniques (e.g. ELISA, FACS, SPR), and laboratory automation platforms (e.g. liquid handling)3.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and first-hand experience with multiple antibody discovery platforms (hybridoma, phage display or other cutting edge techniques)4.Familiar with antibody engineering including humanization, affinity maturation and other engineering process.5.High degree of motivation and strong communication skills (oral and writing) is required.6.Experience in building and managing a team is a plus7.Experience in leading antibody discovery projects is a plus 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
