职位描述： KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:1.Performs antibody engineering tasks including antibody library construction, affinity maturation.2.Performs molecular biology tasks including PCR amplification, restriction cloning, bacterial culture, sequence analysis and ELISA/FACS.3.Operates and maintains equipment and instruments.4.Analyzes, interprets, summarizes, compiles data and presents internally.5.Keeps appropriate experimental records and documentation.6.Other responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion.REQUIREMENTS:1.Hands-on experience in antibody engineering and antibody library construction2.Strong skills in molecular biology, biochemical, and immunochemical techniques (ELISA, FACS, molecular cloning) are highly desirable.3.Thorough understanding of antibody structure/function and antibody engineering concepts.4.High degree of motivation and strong communication skills required.5.Masters Degree in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology or a related discipline.6.Minimum 2 years relevant experience in academia or biopharmaceutical sector.7.Excellent organizational and communication skills, a keen attention to details and controlling the development from a holistic viewpoint.8.Safety procedures must be strictly followed at all times.9.Signing and compliance with the company’s Confidentiality and Non-compete Agreement is a condition of employment.10.This job description does not state or imply that the above are the only duties and responsibilities assigned to this position.
