职位描述： KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:从事并掌握蛋白药物生物化学检测相关实验研究；Work on biochemistry related research of protein drug.具有HPLC色谱方法如SEC，RP_HPLC，Titer检测，验证，方法开发的经验；Have experiences of HPLC method development, verification such as SEC_HPLC,RP-HPLC, Titer.能够使用英语独立撰写相关实验的SOP和方法开发报告等文件；Have a strong skill of English to write experiment related SOP, method development report and so on.具有分析解决问题的能力，负责实验安排及日常管理工作；Have an ability of analysis and solving the problem, be responsible for arrange experiment and daily work.能够带领3-4个负责组内成员的实验安排，日常管理工作，确保项目在时间内、预算内完成。Leading and arrange 3~4 members daily work and experiment, in order to the project on time and within budget completed.REQUIREMENTS:生物制药，生物工程或分子生物学专业的硕士以上学历并具有3年以上相关工作经验者；Graduate degree in Biological pharmaceutical, biotechnology, molecular/cell biology or related fields. Candidates with MS degree much have minimum 3 year of relevant industry有生物制药工作背景和 GMP实验室工作经验者优先；Have a working background of biological pharmaceutical and working experience of GMP laboratory.有较好的英语读写能力，能够阅读与本职工作相关的英文信息/资料；Have a strong skill of reading and writing in English, able to reading about work related information.工作认真负责，态度积极主动，勤奋好学，善于思考，责任心强；Strong sense of responsibility, hard working, initiative, and good in execution;具有良好的沟通协调和团队奉献精神。Have a strong communication and coordination skill and the team sprite of devotion.EDUCATION (Indicate the mini. requirement & preferred discipline):生物相关专业，本科毕业3年以上，硕士毕业一年以上OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:有GMP实验室工作经验者优先熟悉HPLC方法，使用过Agilent，waters仪器优先 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 生物，蛋白分析，SEC, 抗体分析，HPLC, Titer
