职位描述： Key accountabilities主要职责:1.1.1 Ownership of the sample management life cycle within the analytical labs, including the samples of stability, reference standards, testing samples and so on;负责分析实验室的样品管理，其中样品类型包括稳定性样品、标准品、测试样品等；1.1.2 Defining and management the stability sample and reference standards receiving and registration process within the analytical labs in a compliant and timely manner; 负责管理各类实验室样品的接收、登记流程，流程应该顺畅及时，保证所有流程符合国家法规及公司合规要求；1.1.3 Management of the sample pulling plan and sample delivery to analytical laboratories of all stability samples according to stability protocols in a compliant and timely manner;根据稳定性方案的要求，负责执行稳定性方案的取样计划，送样至分析实验室，确保取样计划没有延误，保证所有流程符合国家法规及公司合规要求；1.1.4 GMP compliant documentation of sample management, including relevant SOPs and other documents; 负责有关样品管理的GMP文件（包括SOP、记录等）的起草流程；1.1.5 Proactively cooperation with relevant team on the sample management procedure optimization;主动与其他相关部门讨论并执行样品管理流程优化的活动；1.1.6 Proactively collaboration with QA team on the document archiving for GMP compliance;积极与QA部门互动，进行GMP文件归档1.1.7 Support in the GMP audits by clients, health authorities, and/or BI internally;支持GMP审计活动1.1.8 Get trained of GMP compliance and quality system, provide training to other analysts to maintain and enhance the GMP understanding and alignment under QA supervision. 接受GMP合规及质量体系的培训，同时为其他分析实验室的同事进行样品管理的培训，共同达到加深GMP理解。PERSONAL QUALIFICATION 人员要求1.1 BS degree in chemistry, biochemistry or related scientific field, 本科学历，化学、生物化学或其他相关专业1.2 Relevant sample management experience may be substituted for education 若有样品管理的经历，教育水平可适当放宽1.3 Ability to perform advanced computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel). 熟练操作office word, excel等1.4 Positive Energy, Ability to work under pressure, pay attention to details, strong communication skills and cooperation, and play the role as a team player and contribute to build a friendly and efficient working environment. 正能量，抗压能力强，关注细节，沟通合作能力强，作为团队成员，积极致力营建友好高效的工作氛围。 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
