职位描述： 工作所在地：江苏省海门市（与上海隔江相望）Job Description:1. Ability to effectively lead and manage the personnel for a group of 2~3 Chemists scientists to design scheme and synthesis lead compounds of drugs effectively; 2. Responsible for the scientific literature investigation, experimental skills and working ability training of the members;3. Provides leadership in clarifying and resolving possible problems related to the synthesis of leading compounds. 4. Timely solve the problems and difficulties in the project by implementing the key steps to promote the smooth progress of the project.5. Responsible for the safety management and environmental protection of the group of the personnel; 6. Ability to exchange views with foreign experts in headquarter on the project and report the progress of project on weekly interval; Qualifications:1. Master degree or equivalent in medicinal chemistry, synthetic organic chemistry with 3 years’ experience in the field of drug discovery; or Ph D degree with 1 years’ experience;2. In-depth theoretical and practical knowledge in organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry;3. Strong background and experience in common spectroscopy (NMR, HPLC, MS, etc.) and modern analytical techniques required;4.Rich experience in organic synthesis laboratory operation; 5. Highly motivated, pleasant personality to work efficiently as part of a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills;6.
