职位描述: Product Manager/Assistant Product ManagerLocation: ShanghaiReport To: Senior Product Manager/Marketing ManagerWorking Scope:-Establish and implement long term and short term product marketing strategy to achieve the product goals and objective by working with senior management team;-Drive the achievement of business growth through focused market/competitive analysis and the development of a tactical marketing plan in coordination with the sales and marketing organization;-Lead and support sales team to achieve product business planning.Responsibility:-Be responsible for PICC marketing strategy countrywide and make sure the execution is successful;-Work closely with sales team to analyze the target market and establish right channel and custom development strategies;-Work closely with sales team to build up KOL pool include CNA and other academic associations of PICC;-Create market development strategy and action plans to drive sales team to achieve budget;-Work closely with PICC manufacturing, supply chain and R&D to ensure smooth product launch and supply;-Work closely with PICC quality committee and manufactory to ensure effective and efficient product complaint management process;-Be responsible for sales and dealer training in product knowledge.Requirement:-Strong understanding of marketing is required;-Project management experience;-Excellent inter-personal communication & co-ordination skills;-Excellent presentation skill and good personal image;-Logical thinking ,good reasoning and data analytical skill;-Bachelor or above degree in medical science or related major;-2-3-year product management or over 4 years sales experience in medical device industry-Good command of English and computer application skill;-Work under big pressure and travel frequently (50% working time). 职能类别: 产品/品牌经理 医疗器械市场推广
