Major Responsibilities:
? Establishes and maintains consistent contacts with prescribers and KOLs through sales calls, telephone and e-mail contacts, symposia and congresses.
? Is personally motivated to provide excellent customer services and build solid, long-term relations with customers, balances multiplicity of demands on role in a responsive, professional manner.
? Seeks in-depth information from customers in order to thoroughly understand their needs especially in disease management. Shares information with his/her manager and seeks effective ways to deliver customer feedback.
? Analyzes customer type and business opportunities and interprets these information into business plan.
? Consistently demonstrates professionalism in dress, communication and discipline that reflects desired company image and dynamic operating culture principles.
? Closely monitors/addresses competitor39;s activities in the market place, shares innovative ideas with his/her manager/team in order to achieve competitive superiority.
? Maintains strong working relationships with other functions especially in terms of disease education in the specialized area, e.g. marketing, medical & regulatory, pricing & reimbursement, commercial, or corporate affairs etc. to solicit support in local decision making and execution in order to drive business performance.
? Act as a specialty representative in the team and coordinate on their specialty within the team to assist in team decision making.
? Demonstrate capacity to understand and learn scientific information quickly and continuously through self-learning of published data in scientific literature and on internet and through attendance of symposia and congresses.
? Communicates clearly, logically and concisely in a variety settings including one-on-one sessions, formal group presentations and written communication.
Qualification Requirement:
? Education background in Medical or related.
? At least 2 years sales management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
? Demonstrated ability to meet customer needs/identifying an addressing customer concerns
? Knowledge of the patient-physician relationship
? Understanding of industry and medicine
? Knowledge of the business drivers within the pharmaceutical industry.
