The Position

As a Communication Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic communications planning and execution for PDY Leadership Team and PDY site; managing and coaching junior staff members and supervise the cross-functional communication community in PDY and supporting initiatives and contribute to great place to work such as employee engagement and diversity.
The successful applicant will provide site level strategic communication planning and implementation to ensure PD/PDY strategies & priorities, key PDY milestones, and events etc. are effectively communicated to all employees and stakeholders inside and outside of PDY; PDY level event planning and execution including event agenda, budget, meeting venue, event vendors and communications for events such as quarterly PDY Town hall meetings, PDY Annual Meetings, and PDY seminars; manage junior staff members including goal setting, performance review, coaching and mentoring and lead the PDY cross-functional communication community, define working scope and priorities, and support the community members development from communications perspective.

The successful applicant will have Bachelor39;s degree required, preferably in Journalism, Communications or related areas; 5+ years professional experience in Communications, Public Relations or other relevant areas; working experience in multi-national companies preferred. Familiarity with Pharma industry a plus.
You will also have ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups at all levels of the company; experience on developing and implementing communication strategies for a dynamic, fast paced company.
