Description:This role is responsible for the process, development and delivery of marketing communications, marketing programs and/or Request for Proposals (RFP’s). Key responsibilities include:• Assisting in the execution of key programs.• Developing and maintaining program milestones for all key programs.• Creating knowledge database of programs to develop repository of key learnings.• Working cross-functionally across sales and marketing to achieve project objectives.• Coordinating major cross-business, cross modality customer events and trade shows, including pre and post event activities, demonstrator schedule, training, sales tools and collateral, and inquiry follow up.Quality Specific Goals:• Awareness of and compliance with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position• Complete all planned Quality and Compliance training within the defined deadlines• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as requiredQualifications:• Associates Degree in Marketing, Graphics, Exhibits, Communications or Business Administration or related field or a minimum of 2-4 years experience in graphics, writing, marketing or related field• Excellent oral and written communications skillsPreferred Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphics, Exhibits, Communications or Business Administration or related field• Proven record of accomplishment of establishing and managing project plans and adjusting to changing circumstances. Prioritizes and effectively controls key milestones.• Exceptional drive and creativity.• High energy works proactively and demonstrates flexibility in approach to changing work priorities.• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers and/or sales force• Team oriented – ability work well with diverse, cross-functional teams• Healthcare industry experience
