Essential Responsibilities- Product ManagementWork with global MIC product marketing team to establish VOC input to product plans and roadmaps.Define incubator and warmer FAB and develop customer segment insight and value creation.Master trainer of sales force on MIC product portfolio, value propositions, positioning, and competitive responses.Utilizes Gold Standard marketing practices and skills to contribute in the development and execution of the marketing plan for NPI.Show site development, development of Key Opinion Leader relationships and dissemination of best practices and customer success nationwide.Support global product configuration and pricing to drive revenue & CM in each region.- Marketing ProgramLead nationwide marketing events such as, product demo, trade show and show site visit.Collaborates with application manager, regional sales managers to develop regional marketing events.Collaborates with Marketing Communications and PR team to execute communication plans and contributes to the development of communication “assets” (collateral, images, and training tools/courses) that can be used in the execution of regional plans.Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, or related field- 5+ yrs experience in marketing, product marketing or related field- Strong analytical and process skills- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.- Ability to travel at most 50% of working time.
