Sales and Marketing System Manager

Sales & Marketing System Manager is a crucial member of Marketing & Sales Force Effectiveness Department in Takeda China to improve the efficiency of our sales organization through collaboration with cross functional team or department. The role requires a self-starter who is able to work effectively across multiple functions and manage project, has an intimate knowledge of current sales excellence systems and processes in China. The ideal person should be prepared to travel occasionally within China locally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Management and maintenance of all sales systems in Takeda China
* Coordination between business supporter and helpdesk.
* Strategy thinking on system improvement to meet business requirement.
* Summarize and polish the process internally related to system and service.
2. Management of key relationships with relevant suppliers/business partners.
* Evaluating the quality of relevant suppliers/business partners.
* Key contact as project manager between suppliers and business.
* Responsible for the project timeline and quality.
* Key contact as coordinator between COE system team and IT Dept. on system issues.
3. Sales systems project management and support, for example:
* Strategy thinking on the platform and internet effect on pharmaceutical industry.
* Maximize mobile device usage by establishing user friendly platform such as iSEARCH, iLEARN and iCONNECT to support increase of sales competency.
* Physician targeting process support
* Creative thinking on system training model & course setting.
* Responsible for the uploading timeline and quality on business data in system.
* Business & Territory planning support on data adjustment in system
* Varies report preparation and champion in Takeda China System operation Dashboard
* Master data, mapping maintenance and internal master file management, including user account, hospital, listing plan, territory, CPA, IMS and customer profile review and approval.
4. Developing appropriate SF and marketing metrics aligned with brand strategy in each BU.
* Support iCONNECT strategic selling model to create appropriate tracking to measure its effectiveness
* Support iCOACH effective coaching model to create appropriate tracking to measure its effectiveness
* To ensure semi-close loop marketing implementation and deliver regular brand dashboard to measure its effectiveness
5. Standard sales reporting, analysis and generation of strategic recommendations in supporting the sales tactics in BU during brand plan and MRP review.
* BI Development.
