1.Purpose of Job Position
2.5 New Vision Generation is a social business initiated by Essilor Group that aims at helping the 2.5 billion people with uncorrected vision across the world to live better through better vision. This position is to support operation, customer service and administration.
2.Key Responsibilities
?Receive sales orders, cross check stock level at warehouse, process orders and keep tracking
?Keep track of the goods in and out of warehouse in documents, reconciled with physical stock taking results
?Keep track of employees work attendance daily, and make monthly summary to HR
?Process office expense claim
?Prepare weekly and monthly customer services reports
?Inspect office administration and ensure office in clean, tidy
?Procure office stationery and other office items
?Receive receptionist desk’s phone call and process properly
?Receive and send mail posts, keep track and make summary report weekly and monthly
?Fulfill other tasks as assigned by the leaders
3.Qualification and Skills
?University bachelor degree
?3+ years of customer service experience or receptionist
?Good oral and written English
?Good at using office software, Excel, Powerpoint, Word
4.Professional Competency
?Passionate
?Good planning skills
?Comfortable with dealing with multitasks simultaneously
?Willing to help others
