职位描述:
岗位职责：
1.零售门店管理工作
2.贯彻执行公司市场策略，开展市场活动，促销活动，在市场部的指导下组织布置店内的商品布局，保持店面的新颖和变化性；维持店内整齐、清洁及样机设备的正常工作
3.店内人员的管理，包括招聘店员、考评、日常考勤、激励团队以及人员培训
4.负责门店的库存的掌控（数量和质量，以及库存登记）及相关库存报表，防止货品积压与断货
5.负责客户管理，包括客户信息的建立，客户需求了解以及客户沟通等
6.保持门店销售顺利，负责客户投诉、售后服务等事宜
7.协调与属地政府等管理部门的关系，如营业执照、社会保险等事宜
岗位要求：
学历:高中及以上学历，受过市场营销、管理学、财务会计基本知识等方面的培训，愿意学习并推广企业零售文化。
经历:三年以上零售店铺管理经验，熟悉店铺运营各项流程
其他:良好的顾客服务意识，高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神；较强的服务意识，包括店铺陈列、库存管理、员工沟通，激励和培训、客户管理和沟通；办公软件操作熟练
