职位描述:
Purpose of the Job:
To be responsible for supporting Project Sales Manager in before-sales, after-sales, bidding etc.
向项目销售经理提供售前、售后、标务等方面的支持。
Tasks & Responsibilities:
-To be responsible for training of the products in projects.
负责项目所用产品的培训。
- To be responsible for project after-sales service management.
负责项目售后服务管理。
- To be responsible for supporting project sales manager in bidding. establishing and maintaining the repairing and onsite service system which promised in bidding, coordinating with repair department in HQ.负责在项目投标中支持项目销售经理，建立和维护投标承诺的维修和现场服务体系，与总部维修部协调维修事宜。
- To be responsible for establishing and managing project service spot at required places.根据要求，负责建立和管理项目服务网点。
- To be responsible for establishing and maintaining after-sales service policies, processes and filling of the project.
负责建立和维护项目售后服务政策、流程和文档。
- To be responsible for technical support through telephone.
通过电话给予相关技术支持。
- To be trainer backup for salesman at customer seminar.
在客户会议中为销售人员做培训支持。
- Other assignments by the superior.
上级主管交给的其他工作。
Basic Education:
College degree above, majoring in hearing大专以上学历，听力学专业
Work Experience:
5 years technical support experience or above, with the knowledge of hearing aid industry experiences is a must. 五年以上技术支持工作经历，有助听器行业工作经历。
Personal Competencies:
- Ability to work under pressure能承受工作压力
- Willingness to perform and result orientation业绩良好，以结果为导向
Social Competencies:
- Customer oriented 有良好的客户服务意识
