职位描述:
Purpose of the Job:
To lead responsible for retail business to achieve company target.领导零售团队完成公司布置的销售任务
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- To support Managing Director, especially in the supervision of roll out team; customer account and business unit支持总经理管理零售团队，完成销售业绩。
- To understand customer needs and expectations, and by occasion, turn them to business opportunities 理解客户需求和希望，使之转为销售。
- To develop and implement company policy; marketing and sales plan; system/procedure and to manage capital as well as human resources 根据公司政策，制定和监管实施零售市场和销售策略，对门店员工进行管理。
- To co-ordinate and communicate with shop managers and key customers 与门店店长和大客户保持沟通。
- To support and monitor the shops business activity to bring the existing shops to the benchmark, minimize cost and maximize profit to achieve the sales target 支持和监管门店日常业务工作，使现有门店完成销售任务，降低成本，增加利润。
- To identify problem, take corrective action and reach decision in a professional way 发现问题，财务正确专业的手段解决问题。
Qualifications:
- University degree, majoring in Science or Business Administration preferred本科以上学历，行政管理专业优先
- At least 5 years of working experience in the field of retails business ,including 2 years of management experience.至少5年零售工作经验，两年管理经验。
- Mature, with good inter personal skills为人处事成熟
- Self-motivated, organized自我激励，组织能力强
- Solution orientation, not problem orientation以结果为导向
- Self confidence, decisiveness, Initiative自信，果断，主动
- Good at communication善于沟通
