Purpose of the Job
To build up a professional head-quarter call-center ,thereby operate coordination between dealer and internal to ensure service qualities and efficiency. 在经销商和公司之间建立一种专业，高效的优质服务。
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily customer inquiries of fitting and after-sales issue via call center
- 负责电话热线客户日常助听器验配问题的咨询和其他日常售后客户咨询问题
- Responsible for offering support and solutions about fitting.
- 负责帮助客户提供助听器验配方面的解决方案
- Responsible for answering incoming calls to call center to ensure the support of real-time fitting issues
- 负责每日call center的接听并保证在线验配问题的支持和回复
- Good attitude towards customers to meet customer’s satisfaction and always provide customer-oriented services
- 对待客户保持良好的态度并永远保持以客户为导向的原则
- Communicate with customers and sales and coordinate with intra-department for daily complaint and outbound call
- 保持与客户和销售的日常良好沟通，协调其他部门以解决客户的日常投诉和回访
-Follow up on daily complaints or inquiries and provide feedback in a timely manner
- 对于客户的日常咨询和相关投诉做好及时的跟踪并予以及时的反馈
- Able to fit and program hearing aid on end
- 具备一定的验配能力可为上门客户做调试
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
- 其它上级安排的工作
Basic Education
- College degree above. Have Knowledge in audiology and hearing aids is preferred.
- 大专以上学历 （具备听力学以及助听器专业知识的优先）
Work Experience
- At least 2-year of working experience in customer service function or at least 2-years working experience in hearing aid fitting
2年以上客户服务工作经验或助听器相关行业验配工作经验。
- Microsoft Office- Be familiar with ERP system 熟悉ERP系统
- Be familiar with order management and logistic process熟悉订单流程和物流流程

- Willingness to perform and Customer orientation 愿意奉献，以客户为导向
