Purpose of the Job:
BTE production负责耳背式助听器的制作
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- BTE assembly, testing & Repair according to WIs 按照指导书流程，进行耳背机的组装和测试及维修
- Ensure one-day BTE turn-around-time 确保 1天的完成交货期
- Daily Record of BTE production 负责耳背机生产的每日记录
- Support of other teams, e.g. Repairs, Packing etc. 支持部门其他工作组， 比如： 维修组，包装组等
- Other assignments by the superior完成其他上级交待的任务
Basic Education:
High-school diploma or equivalent
高中和职业中专
Work Experience:
- 2 years or more work experiences
两年以上工作经验
- Manufactory industry experiences
制造业工作经验
Personal Competencies:
- Be responsible for work 对工作负责
- Be dedicated & proactive 做事勤奋，积极主动
- work under certain pressure能承担一定的工作压力
-good quality sense
-be awareness of 5S, Lean

-Familiar with Windows operating system & Microsoft office, incl. EXCEL 熟悉使用Windows 操作系统和Office办公软件 （包括 Excel）

Good manual dexterity 善于手工操作
