Purpose of the Job
Develop the professional training regarding products and business development for the related employees and our clients so that the skills of employees meet the company and clients’ current and future needs.带领培训团队，设计和实施产品培训和商务培训，使员工和客户的技能能满足公司当前和未来的需要。
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Be in charge of digging and analyzing the training demand of dealers. 负责挖掘和分析经销商的培训需求；
- Coordinate with HQ for anything related to training issues. 与总部的协调任何有关培训方面事宜；
- Guide and lead training team to finish training courses designation, training material development and translation. 指导和带领培训团队进行课程开发，完成培训资料的翻译、校对、完善；
- Keeping eyes with audiology and hearing aid industry updating information and sending these to training team.关注听力学及助听器行业动态，及时传递领域内新知识给培训团队；
- Keeping track with training result of training team对团队培训结果进行跟踪、考核；
- Coordinate with other departments for all of training issues与其他部门协调所有培训问题；
- Other assignments by superior 上级布置的其他工作。
Basic Education
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in audiologist or related field. 本科以上学历，听力学或相关专业。
Work Experience
At least 5 years working experiences in hearing aid industry training function and at least 2 years in management至少五年助听器行业培训工作经验，两年以上管理经验。
