Purpose of the Job
Adjusts, operates and controls production machinery and assembly line

Tasks & Responsibilities
-Comply with Phonak EHS policies, regulations and procedures
遵守公司的各项EHS政策、规定和程序
- Complies with quality and engineering procedures.
遵守所有质量的和工程方面的规程
Comply with relative WI, Quality Control Point to properly production
根据相关作业指导书,质量控制点进行正确的生产
- Record any required documents (such as DHR, forms logbook etc.) as the written requirement.
根据要求记录所有需要的文件（如DHR，表格，记录本等）
-Join in quality issue analysis and solution definition.
参与质量问题的分析和解决
-Feedback abnormal production situation on line in time
及时反馈在线生产异常情况
Master trained station for the line including EHS requirement, Labour Efficiency, Quality control
掌握已岗位的资格,包括EHS规范，劳动效率，质量控制等
- Operates and maintains production machinery based on relative procedure and requirement
根据相关流程规定操作和维护生产线的机器
- Assists in tool set-up and adjustment of auxiliary production machinery.
帮助相关部门对生产工具的设置，并辅助调节生产线的机器
- Other assignments by superior 完成有需要的或主管安排的其他任务。
Basic Education
High school graduate or equivalent, major in electronic or related field高中以上，电子类专业
Work Experience
- 3 Years more work experiences in a electronic-manufacturing industry 3 年以上，电子制造业工作经验
- Worked in a production line 有产线工作经验.
