注：该职位为是为与峰力听力技术（上海）有限公司同属一个集团的领先仿生医疗器械（上海）有限公司所招募的财务主管。

Purpose of the Job
Assist General Manager on all accounting and financial issues and performing special investigations if requested.协助总经理负责处理财务相关工作。
Tasks & Responsibilities
- To be responsible for accounting review and daily communication with Swiss HQ.
- 负责与瑞士总部往来帐务的核对，及日常事务的交流工作；
- Using Ufida NC50 to booking, ensure monthly settlement timely
- 使用用友财务软件制作凭证并负责记账、总账等日常事宜，确保部门每月按时正确完成结账工作 ；
- To be responsible for monthly payment issue, money collection, foreign currency transaction, checking AR/AP
负责每月收付款，结售汇，应收/应付款 对账
- To be responsible for invoicing
- 开具并管理发票
- To be responsible for quarterly stock taking
- 每季度盘点库存
- To be responsible for monthly finance and tax reports, keep communicating with tax official
- 编制公司每月财务报表和税务申报表 ；保持与税务专管员的沟通
- To be responsible for reports from Swiss HQ COGNOS and financial data analysis
- 每月对瑞士总部COGNOS报表编制 ；并对财务数据进行分析
- To participate annual budget and give some advice 参与公司年度预算的编制 ；
- To assist to make reimbursement policy
- 协助拟定及完善财务报销制度及政策
- To assist external annual audit and internal half-year audit
- 协助外部审计公司对本公司年度审计工作，每年2次，分别是中国财年度和瑞士财年度的审计工作 ；
- To be responsible for annual audit for license and IIT management
- 负责公司年度联合年检工作和所得税汇算清缴事务；
- Other assignments by superior
- 其他上级主管布置的工作。
Qualifications
need to have
Bachelor degree with a major in F&A 本科以上学历，财务专业
nice to have
master of accounting or CPA preferred有CPA证书者优先
Work Experience
At least 3-5 years working experience in MNCs and preferably be familiar with foreign accounting system至少三到五年外资企业财务工作经历，熟悉涉外会计体系
