Pfizer consumer healthcare will enter into broader dietary supplement category with ProNutrient launch. Professional nutrition advisor team is one of the key business driver and differentiator from other local players. PCH is committed to cultivate a professional nutrition advisor team equipped with professional nutritional knowledge and selling skill. The role of trainer/training manager is to support national training manager to cultivate a best-class professional nutrition advisor team. He/she needs to develop and deliver the nutritional knowledge training for both nutrition advisors as well as internal sales team. He/she also needs to improve all nutrition advisors and sales staffs’ competency within different region by providing knowledge of the product, professional service skills and selling techniques to reach high level customer satisfaction and achievement of sales goals.
Education/Experience
Bachelor or above in marketing/business administration/medical/nutriology
5+ years’ relevant experience in FMCG/healthcare industry with strong nutrition knowledge
3+ years’ experience in training, particularly in training course delivery
Rich experience on curriculum & sales talk design is a must
Demonstrated sales experience is preferred.
Direct selling experience and “ Public Nutritionist Certification” holder is a plus

Mater in operating Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Excellent presentation skill
Effective communication skills
Ability to create reports and keep records
Fluent speaking and written in English is a plus
