工作职责
EC Operation Manager will be responsible for e-commence day-to day business activities including promotion, forecast, and in-site operation by close work with sales , internal function team and external agency to ensure EC business in a healthy growth.
Job Description:
? Promotion: Responsible for annual promotion plan for cross border brands by different channels( flagship stores & wholesaler stores), including campaign theme , promotion mechanism, in site traffic support etc; Close work with marketing & sales to integrate and initiate monthly promotional festival campaign and quickly adapt mechanism. Set up promotion pre estimation and post evaluation review system.
? Forecast: Responsible for collecting bottom up EC sales ex-factory forecast and update BE monthly; understand the reason of shortage / over target as well as forward looking for the EC business trend.
? Ecommerce traffic management: Overall ecommerce planning to effectively drive paid traffic to increase multiple channel online sales, by co-work with media agency and TP vendor, including banner design, call to action brief etc.
? Analysis and report: Responsible for EC monthly review report with cross function teams, including sales dashboard, operation dashboard, promotion post evaluation and key projects update tracking. Meanwhile, lead monthly review from the external agency about e-Commerce market trend, policy update, as well as competitor’s intelligence tracking.
? Operation and conversion optimization: Manage, standardize and optimize multiple ecommerce channel promotion and merchandising process, which including promotion design and execution, product bundling, event page design, store merchandising and internal/external censorship.
? Internal & external operation service: Responsible for the coordination with internal support team, media agency and TP vendor, including provide product education, material collecting, and authorization letters ect development. Meanwhile, as one contact window, facilitate cross border sales communication with global logistics and oversea factory.
Qualification
? Bachelor above
? At least 5+ years’ experience in FMCG regarding category management, channel marketing, sales, operation etc.
? Strong experience on category management including promotion, forecast, SOP, and activity plan, execution and management.
? Strong experience on digital marketing, traffic management, merchandising / content development.
? Strong ownership to deliver the actionable results by good communication & influence with cross function team members.
? Fluency in both Chinese and English.
? Strong in PowerPoint presentation and data analysis
? Strong passion to join e-commerce industry. Learn quick, action quick.
? E-commerce, especially Tmall related experience preferred
? FMCG related logistic experience preferred
