This position takes in charge key E-commerce platforms business development of PCH in year one. The responsibility includes E-commerce business strategy development, key platform business plan and program design and delivery.
a. Play a key role in E-commerce business strategy development
? Own the strategy development preparation work, including but not limiting accessing the landscape, identify key issues & opportunities and draft ideas & strategies in order to deliver the overall business objective
? Propose E-commerce business strategy upon responsible E-commerce platforms business
b. Deliver responsible E-commerce platforms Sales, Profit and E-commerce target by developing and implementing business operation plans within budget by complying the E-commerce strategy
? Closely work with Brand & Trade Marketing team to develop, manage & execute e-commerce Sales and Marketing programs including but not limiting to promotion, creative, email, web, V-chat programs etc.
? Manage responsible E-commerce platform operations including but not limited to inventory and warehouse, logistics and distribution, sales forecasting management etc.
? Well manage related E-commerce business funding within budget including Reduce Revenue and fund.
? Work closely with appointed agencies to drive traffic and deliver a superior customer shopping experience for target shoppers, including but not limit to optimizing target store key elements including branding, design, navigation, assortment, site content, traffic generation, and demand generation etc.
c. Own related E-commerce platform data mining & analysis with some assistance by Sales analyst to improve the target shops hits, visitation and conversion rate
? Leverage existing data sources or get related transition data from responsible E-commerce platform
? Work with Sales Analyst to break-out and analyze transition data under reasonable hypotheses
? Summarize the findings as key conclusions and be able to turn those findings into business plan
Qualifications
a. Years and Type of Experience:
? 3+ years working experience in managing online retail channels and stores, +6 years professional working experiences (Managing Tmall & Taobao business & FMCG industry experience is a PLUS.)
? Strong ability to build trust with and influencing internal and external business partners
? Effective working in a fast paced and fluid environment that requires strong ownership, bias for actions, ability to prioritize, and deliver high quality results
? Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically from developing strategic plans, working with large amount of data, to applying metrics to test hypotheses, develop insights, and quantify results
? Demonstrating strong learning capabilities on new skills, new methodology etc.
b. Education Level/Degree:
? Bachelor or College degree.
c. Technical Skills:
? Advanced skills in MS Office especially in Excel and Powerpoint.
? Strong Data Analytical and organizational skills.
? Team player, ability to work well with all level of employees.
d. Managerial Skills and Abilities:
? People management experiences & skills is a plus.
e. Other Languages Required:
? Proficient in English and Mandarin.
