1.Brand Project Management:
-Independently manage and coordinate with related parties, include. OEM/plant/Logistics/RA/medical to ensure timely launch of brand special initiatives, such as Packaging, new product launch, promotion and brand tactical programs.
-Insures all projects have timelines, risk analysis, and cost/saving analyses. Ensure project teams have clear goals, objectives and milestones consistent with the Division objectives and financial goals. Drives continuous improvement of the project management process.
-Provide leadership to ensure that all relevant people, departments and third parties are appropriately included in the execution of projects. Ensure a collaborative, accountable and performance driven team environment focused on delivery of project key milestones and results.
-Track project status, provide evaluation report and propose actionable improvement plan.
2.Flawless process management to ensure 100% meet FCPA target
-Be the team champion of FCPA policy and provide guidance to team.
-Responsible for internal censor and external censor process on brand communication materials to ensure timely approval
-Responsible for procurement, payment and Finance related process
3.Budget Control
-Monthly brand budget control and analyze brand budget to ensure cost effective & efficiency and make sure within agreed budget. Brand Performance Tracking
-Assists line manager to constantly monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, brand performance and Brand Health analysis to help formulate action plan.
4.Sales Forecast Coordination
-Coordinating with brand managers and commercial and sales team to prepare monthly rolling sales forecast based on brand operational plan and sales analysis
-Track and Coordinate with plants and logistics to for stock management of brand portfolios.
Job Skill
1.Bachelor or above, 5+ years of brand marketing with project management experience in FMCG/Nutrition MNC or OTC companies
2.Project management experience in complex organization, capable of managing and leading cross-functional team in FMCG/OTC company is preferred
3.Result driven, strong ownership, comfortable working under pressure
4.Optimistic, careful,good team worker and willing to help others
5.Good communication skills & English oral/writing ability
