ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:
Under Commercial Excellence Department, Commercial Operations
Direct report to Business and Customer Intelligence Director
SUPERVISED RESOURCES:
Manage 1 direct report
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Define, develop and enhance Centrix platform
Work with stakeholders in commercial operations to clearly identify and prioritize business needs.
Develop and enhance Centrix current and future modules to address business needs at the overall and BU levels.
Continue to improve and enhance platform efficiency and user experiences especially for sales teams.
Ensure BU key stakeholders’ buy-in and adoption
Ensure BU leadership and end users, especially DSMs buy-in Centrix CRM and CLM concepts, and adopt this as sales operation’s main customer management platform.
Collaborate with BUs and supporting functions to ensure Centrix is deployed to targeted users on time.
Identify training needs and collaborate with Sanofi University to develop training solutions for Centrix users.
Leverage best practices within Sanofi China and other markets to drive Centrix adoption.
Manage Centrix daily operations
Establish effective partnerships externally with external suppliers to deliver daily operation and maintenance for Centrix.
Through effective internal partnerships (field force and brand/marketing managers) identify key pain points from users’ perspective. Keep evolving Centrix for better user experiences.
In collaboration with ITS to ensure Centrix users are technically supported through 5151 and other venues in a
timely manner.
Evaluate and pre-warn operation risks. Lead the development of contingency plan and implementation in a timely manner.
Other Centrix related activities
Initiate and lead other activities (such as Communications, related events, adhoc projects) in support of above responsibilities.
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor degree or above.
Experience & knowledge:
Strong sales management/sales operation experience; SFE experiences preferred.
Deep understanding of CRM system, especially pharmaceutical CRM system on mobile platform.
Strong knowledge in project management
Rich experience working on multiple projects in parallel and with third-party service providers.
Innovative and entrepreneurial
Core competencies:
Strong ability to influence key stakeholder, especially BU senior management.
Strong collaboration capability with multiple departments
Strong willingness to challenge the status quo and rationale of collaborating departments and stakeholders
