About the department
FITAP Department include：Tax, Treasury, Reporting & Compliance；Financial Planning & Analysis ;Business IT; Admin; Procurement, also include Hong Kong office
The position
Job management -Ensure smooth finance supports to Accountant on Concur and speaker fee reimbursement and management; Learn Novo Nordisk Finance policies and execution in Financial systems.
Review Concur reimbursement to ensure Finance and BE compliance.
Support Concur reimbursement review process to ensure smooth execution.
To involve and provide data analysis which is assigned by finance manager or line manager.
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by managers
Attend finance trainings to understand and well use company's reimbursement system operation for business needs.
Continuously improvement of the work procedures
To facilitate continuously improvement of work procedures, such as organize regular review of process, manage the process documentation.
Improve the finance support ability continuously, such as to understand expenditure reimbursement policies and procedures, to improve accounting knowledge and communication skills, to achieve higher level of productivity in the work
Proactively work with cross functions to provide more value added
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager or finance Manager
Qualifications
Fluency in both written & spoken English
Good communication, especially learning skills
Good computer skills – for Microsoft Excel and SAP (preferred)
