The position
- Clearly interpret and understand bidding policies, provide recommendations on pricing strategy, impact on different brands and etc
- Monitor the bidding policy on central level, expert in policies interpretation, and provide recommendation re solutions and actions points towards potential challenges to Novo Nordisk portfolio
- Propose aligned actions for the common issue in the provincial bidding

- Support the communication with regions regarding policy interpretation, trends and implications
- Provide constructive points to the Regional Bidding managers in local policy interpretations
- Participate in regional bidding forums, provide input from central level
|
- Support regional team for better bidding execution and management, adhoc support for provinces where there is no bidding project leader
- Monitor the bidding progress of key provinces, working together with the regional team to solve the challenge issues
- Act as provincial bidding manager where there is no resources available in the province (i.e. as back-up for maternity, personnel turnover etc)

- Improve the capacity holding of bidding functions, including the review of product value dossier used for bidding, company statement, training design and etc
- Work with HE and other teams to enrich the material and standardize the materials used for bidding
- Work with HR to identify the training needs of bidding managers, design the training material and arrange the workshop

- Follow up the company MA projects and events to advocate value based bidding practices in bidding and build professional relationship with external stakeholders on central level and also key provinces
- In coordination with MAPA, arrange external forums to reinforce payer engagement
- Work with brand team and provide input in market access
- Work with MAPA and co-visit the related NHFPC officers
- Co-visit the key stakeholders in the provinces(top sales provinces or provinces with very challenging policies)

- Work with RDPAC and EUCCC bidding working group to provide company input
- Attend the working group meetings, get alignment with member in lobby points and actions, Provide constructive input in the working group
- Periodic report the working process to the company

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in marketing, pharmacy or economics related.
At least 5 years’ working experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in market access area
Familiar with pharmaceutical bidding policy and operational processes
