PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role supports Head of Strategy & Operations in maintaining oversight of the JCRD business operations and ensuring efficiency and compliance of the operation. The role also champions continuous process improvement in line with JRD processes.
·Supports Head of Strategy & Operations, function leads within the department in process optimization & improvement for JCRD
·Works in collaboration with functions within Strategy & Operations as well as key business partners (Finance, Legal, HCC, HR, Procurement and IT) to develop and manage local procedural process (including policies, standard operating procedures, work instructions, guidelines, and forms/templates) for JCRD
·Contributes to the development and refinement of key business partner general processes (for JCRD / broader China R&D and Medical Affairs) based on the business needs and requirements
·Supports Business Planning & Decision Support function and in collaboration with functional administrator in developing administrative process for JCRD
·Assists in the development and management of JCRD process documentation as well as the materials for process training
·Work with systems and process owners to identify super-users and maintain a repository of super-user lists; ensure super-users are adequately trained and qualified to perform their roles
·In collaboration with Quality Management and R&D Scientific training, HR and functional administrators, maintains master list of JCRD distribution lists and employee list for training purpose
·Support Business Planning & Decision Support and in collaboration with functional lead or representative to develop and track function-specific metrics, data analysis and consolidation for process optimization and improvement; develop annual self-audit plan with key metrics to ensure compliance to JnJ and JCRD policies & processes
?·Serves as coordinator for internal & external (non-GxP related) auditsSupports Pharma R&D and cross sector R&D related projects and initiatives for JCRD if required.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
·Education Level: University/Bachelor Degree or EquivalentYears of ·Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit, internal control review in multinational company.Experience in pharmaceutical industry background is preferredRequired skills:
