Job Purpose:
Responsible for achieving China business objectives through supporting sales team executing marketing plan for the overall ACUVUE® brand. To bridge sales with brand, digital & professional MKT teams’ key stakeholders for integrated plan executing with excellence.
Main Responsibilities
? Shopper experience enhancement via creating excellent in-store brand exposure initiatives, such as POSM, shop in shop, ACUVUE center, etc.
? Drive efficient “last mile solution” to encourage 1st purchase after trial base on shopper & industry insights, such as e-coupon, discount, gimmick, membership, etc.
? Support customized program in terms of program review (objective, mechanism, KPI, ROI, budget source, etc.), material design, production, gimmick purchase, agency & cross functions coordination, data / information summarizing & post evaluation (ROI, KPI achievement, learning, improve areas, etc.)
? Develop BTL activities related SOP, agreements to ensure sales operation with full compliance
? Streamline & optimize current working process / platform between sales & MKT team to drive collaboration & communication efficiency
? Support on all trade marketing related activities’ PR application, accrual & payment to ensure on time delivery base on finance policy
? Work with central procurement team & TMKT peer to regular review trade marketing related vendors’ performance & implement necessary actions base on facts & approval to ensure high quality with on time deliverables for sales
? Support some key projects’ go-to-market plan deployment, tracking, etc.
? Other tasks or projects base on assignment
Qualification for this position:
? Bachelor’s degree
? Minimum 3+ years of solid trade marketing experience, 1+ years of key accounts or field sales experience is a plus
? Working in consumer goods category with multiple brands experience
? Inspires trust with excellent interpersonal skills. Puts the CREDO at the heart of every day-to-day activity and behavior with people
? CONNECT:
? Capable of building strong networks and working relations by effectively influencing people across functions and organisations
? Proven ability to manage an effective relationship with agencies
? Strong communication and presentation skills; fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written)

? Autonomy in creating and driving strategy into strong executional plans in alignment with marketing manager and key stakeholders.
? Demonstrated success in the management of marketing activities for business
