Position purpose (A brief statement indicating the basic purpose of the position)
1. Be responsible for logger management .Collect logger, monitor the logger calibration status, tracking the logger useage status.
2. Regular collect and analysing temperature data for all products transportation. Review temperature data weekly and monthly.
3. Responsible for Forwarder qualifications and vehicle ,driver driver information recorder management.
4. All the documents filing to ensure compliance to GSP &GMP regulation.
Major tasks and responsibilities of position
1. Be responsible for logger management .Collect logger monitor the logger calibration status, tracking the logger useage status. Remind related colleagues to do Ensure all the logger calibration in required calibration cycle. Collect the logger calibration certificate to Engineering department.
2. Regular collect and analysing temperature data for transportation. Review temperature data weekly and monthly. If there are any temperature data deviation, fill in Dev.com and follow up the CAPA.
3. Responsible for forwarder qualifications and vehicle ,driver information recorder management. Ensure the documents are vaild. Have tracking list of all the documents expired record, update the documents on time.
4. All the transporation documents filing to ensure compliance to GSP &GMP regulation, no finding during internal and external audit.
5. Backup of Sr.Logistics specialist during vacation, double check the transporation fee accuracy monthly.
Qualifications
Education background: College graduate
Experience: 1~3 years SCM working experiences in relevant industry.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Open-minded and willing to learn.
- Good in English.
- Team spirit.
