Job Descriptions:
1. Input, maintain and analyze various counterfeit data and conduct data analysis to identify commonalities, links and trends to generate statistics and intelligence for focused investigations, enforcement actions and strategy planning.
2. Assist in the management and the assessment of the Servier’s anti-counterfeit program including but not limited to: –
o Conduct product analysis with company device and system.
o React to and follow up with suspicious counterfeit products.
o Coordinate with internal partners (Trade, Quality, etc.) to ensure their anti-counterfeit support.
o Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual anti-counterfeit monitoring program statistics.
o Process monthly reimbursements for test purchase of sample products from pharmacies.
3. Conduct preliminary physical product analysis on suspicious counterfeit products before further analysis by Quality Assurance Department including but not limited to: –
o Conduct production information checks.
o Conduct e-code validation checks.
o Collect useful & relevant information relating to suspected counterfeit products.
4. Run and prepare analysis reports, statistics and update information relating to all anti-counterfeit matters.
Qualifications, Experience and Requirements:
5. Bachelor degree preferably with good knowledge in English, Legal or computer.
6. 2 year+ working experience (no working experience is permissible for high potential candidates).
7. Fluent English, both in written and spoken.
8. Proficient knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
9. Be curious and have interest into the anti-counterfeiting matter.
10. Strong capacity to pay attention to details, good interpersonal, communicative, analytical skills.
11. Ability to conduct research methodically.
12. Able to interact with various internal business teams including Trade, Quality Assurance personnel, IT and HQ Analyst.
13. Able to work independently, under pressure and with flexibility to work overtime as and when required.
