Key Accountabilities
? Set up the marketing objectives for the technologies product under his/her responsibility. Develop and execute product and tactic plan.
? Organize and implement all promotional activities. Design and produce all of the promotional materials.
? Conduct the product training to the sales force, support them on possess of product knowledge.
? Plan the marketing expenses budget and manage the expenses effectively
? Establish and maintain the KOL embryologist relationship. Assist or organize clinical studies when necessary.
? Manage the monthly rolling forecast for his/her product line to ensure accurate forecasting of inventory.
? Monitor and report the product status in the market and the competitive environment effectively.
? Organize relevant market research and track market dynamic status.
Strategic Impact
A ctritical role of setting up and implement the company's sales and marketing strategy.
Control and forecast the marketing cost for short and middle term.
Strength brand influence through marketing strategy and activiies
Scope of People Responsibility
Member of Fertility Technologies Team
Product training and transfer marketing strategy and product positioning for sales team and business partner.
The work of subordinate staff assessment, appraisal, incentive
Investigate for competitors, customers, and environment.

Local sales team, global, regional or local function associated with the Fertility Franchise, marketing department, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Finance,

IVF laboratory heads, embryologists, distributors and other business partner
Education
Bachelor degree above in life science or commerce area, master degree would be preferred
Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English
Work Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in marketing, medical or equipment sales experience preferred
Experience in medical or life science field is a must, with experience in women’s health, IVF or embryology highly preferred
Independently in charge of new product launch and product promotion activities
A deep understanding of the operational characteristics in medical or life science industry
Have marketing experince in professional medical field.
