KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）
1. Participate non-conformity investigation, corrective action implementation, action tracking and close related CAPA;参与不合格品的调查、措施实施、跟踪及关闭有关CAPA；
2. Manage and planning for incoming and out-going inspections;管理安排，计划进料及成品的检验。
3. Establish testing procedures and finish test method validation. Review test data and report;制定检验方法并验证，审核检验数据和报告；
4. Participate on quality system continuous improvement; 参与工厂质量体系的持续改善；
5. Keep good communication with supplier, and resolve raw material quality issue and keep continuous improvement; 通过供应商进行良好沟通，解决进料质量问题和持续改进
6. Make sure all of the test assignment can completed in a timely manner, and establish training program for inspectors;确保各项检验任务准确及时完成。培训检验员。
7. Participate in the internal and external audit; 参与公司的内部及外部审核。
8. Participate in analysis and verification of complaint samples. 参与投诉样品的分析与验证。
9. Responsible for managing and maintaining the retained samples and quality record.负责留样产品与质量记录的管理与维护。
10. Responsible for team's development plan;团队的发展计划
11. Assigned by QA manager, on behalf of QA manager to handle whole department working; 经QA经理授权，代理QA经理负责部门工作

SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1. Bachelor degree or above;本科或以上学历毕业；
2. At least 8 years quality experience;相关工作经验8年以上；
3. Familiar with China related regulation of medical device;熟悉国家有关的医疗器械法规；
4. Familiar with ISO9001/ISO13485 quality management system, and familiar with GMP requirement;  熟悉ISO9001/ISO13485质量管理体系，熟悉GMP要求；
5. Familiar with the lab requirement and related SOP of medical device and pharm industry;   熟悉医疗器械/医药行业的实验室要求及SOP；
6. Validation practice in medical device or pharmaceutical company is preferred;  具有医疗器械或制药公司相关验证经验的优先；
7. Familiar with the statistical analysis of 6-sigma. Capable to perform data analysis and SPC quality control. 具有6-sigma统计学相关知识，有数据分析和SPC管控知识和经验；
8. Good at planning and execution ability;  良好的计划和实施能力；
9. Good communication skill, learning ability and good adaptability;良好的沟通技巧、学习能力及适应能力；
10. Familiar with Microsoft office software; 电脑办公软件应用熟练；
11. Fluent English skills both oral and writing; 流利的英语听说读写能力;
