岗位职责 Example of Duties As a medical professional, you provide excellent medical care topatients. Provide diagnosis and treatment of the conditions of themouth, gums and teeth. Participate in marketing activities to promotehospital services. Achieve business objectives under Chief of DentalDepartment. 作为一名医学专业人员，需对患者提供优质的医疗服务。针对口腔环境、牙龈和牙齿提供诊断和治疗。参与市场营销活动，提升医院服务。在口腔科主任之下完成业务目标。 Examples of duties岗位职责: Providing excellent and safe dental care services to all patients atOASIS through evidence based medical practices. 在明德医院通过循证医学实践，为所有患者提供优秀的和安全的口腔保健服务。 Explaining risks/benefits of procedures and treatment to each patient. 向每位患者解释过程和治疗中可能存在的风险和收益。 Perform clinical duties as a general practitioner (i.e. restoratives,root canal treatment, extractions, crown and bridges, scaling, teethwhitening and etc.) to patients. 执行临床全科医生的职责(例如牙齿修复、根管治疗、拔牙、修复牙冠和牙桥、洁刮术、牙齿美白等等)。 As a team团队任务: Work alongside with other physician in all clinical departments topromote cross-departmental cooperation. 与其他所以临床部门的医生开展工作，促进跨部门合作。 Assist in updating and writing new guidelines and policies. 协助更新和编写新的指导方针和政策。 Direct nurses in procedures for preoperative and postoperative care suchas administering sedatives, prescribing diets, and preparing operativearea for patients. 指导护士进行术前和术后护理保健，如注射镇静剂、处方饮食和为患者准备手术区域。 Work closely with Chief of Dental in supporting clinic and hospitalgoals. 与口腔科主任密切合作以支持临床和医院目标。 Hospital promotion医院推广: Support the marketing team to promote dental services, and the hospital.Participate in promotional activities as required (seminars, workshops,writing health blogs, etc.). 支持营销团队工作以提升口腔科和全院服务水平。根据需要参与推广活动(讲座、工作小组、健康博客撰写等等)。 Business objectives and OASIS management业务目标和明德医院管理: Meet objectives set by hospital management team and Chief of Dental.Accomplish all preparations for the JCI accreditation. Work on qualityimprovement activities within the department in collaboration with otherdentists and nurses. 根据医院管理团队和口腔科主任要求，完成既定目标。完成所有JCI认证相关准备工作。协同其他牙医和护士开展工作质量改进活动。 任职资格 Performance Requirements Skills and Expertise专业技能: Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (orequivalent) from an accredited Dental School 官方认可的牙科学校毕业，口腔外科本科或牙科医学硕士学位(或同等) Completion of residency training in dentistry from an accredited DentalSchool or hospital 在官方认可的牙科学校或医院完成住院医师培训 More than 5 years of experience in clinical dentistry preferred 5年以上临床口腔经验者优先 Fluency in English Required 熟练的英文水平 Certificate/Licensing资质证明: Chinese physicians: Chinese professional physician certification 中国医生:中国职业医师认证 Foreign physicians: Temporary license for foreign physician to practicemedicine 外国医师:外国医生行医的临时许可证
