JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To develop and plan marketing strategy in line with Global/Area strategy
2. To control and monitor A&P spending to ensure such spending would achieve the predefined objective, on-target with cost effectiveness and within the allocated budget.
3. Design and execution of product marketing tactical plan/promotional mix and ensuring that these plans are implemented optimally and thoroughly to meet agreed objectives
4. To collect, analyze and monitor market intelligence including competitors information and gain market and customer insight through relevant market research programs
5. Provide quality and evidence-based promotional support to sales force that would nurture and support strong Brand positioning
6. Maintain updated medical knowledge of in-market products and new launches
7. Provide medical advice to product life-cycle management
8. Develop advocacy for company and product, KOL liaison
9. Create medical training material and deliver it
10. Ensure scientific qualification of package insert and all promotion related material for both HCP and Retail channel
11. Work with other function team to generate and disseminate medical data & concept, response to medical inquiry
12. Other necessary medical affairs activities

REQUIREMENT:
1. EDUCATION:Clinical bachelor degree or higher, perferable with 2 years experience in diabetes related clinical practice.
2. EXPERIENCE:
   （1）Minimum of 5 years experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry and brand management.
？（2）Demonstrated solid experience in brand marketing strategy development, promotional programs development and execution, with excellent commercial insight and strong analytical skill.
？（3）Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, proficiency in use of standard soft ware applications, especially Power Point.
？（4）Proactive in problem solving and a team player.
