职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead the team to execute the strategy of pricing and payment to get the company goal aligned;
2. Act as the liaison of Alcon to set up and maintain communication with the provincial government authorities of healthcare policy, pricing, reimbursement and tendering.
3. Coordinate all government affairs work within responsible areas.
4. Establish trusting and good relationship with government agencies to collect most updated policy information timely and accurately to provide impact analysis to the team;
5. Be expert in pricing and reimbursement to provide professional consulting to the business partners within the company.
6. Be familiar with national and regional government affairs issues and participate in industry-wide Reimbursement / Pricing / Tendering / Health Economics activities.
7. Assist to initiate and organize events to support government affairs activities in close cooperation with other teams within Alcon.
8. Be responsible for development and implement strategic reimbursement/pricing program in responsible areas.
9. Assist GA Director to collect policy implemented in the provinces to consolidate the database and provide quarterly report to the management team;
10. Responsible for ad hoc projects or special assignments as requested by GA Director.
Ideal Background:
Education:
1. Minimum：Bachelor Degree above
2. Preferred：Majored in medicine, pharmacy or chemistry
Languages:
3. Chinese (native), English (good command both oral and written)
Experience/Professional Requirement:
4. Minimum：At least 7 yeas GA experience of pharma / surgical products with the network of local government agencies, Excellent leadership, team building, communication, problem solving and project management skills required.
5. Preferred：Familiar with pharmaceutical policy research work, the process of pricing and reimbursement and the network of policy makers
