职位描述
JOB PURPOSE
This position is to support IA China head to manage different kind of IA china strategic projects to ensure the successful completion within timeline and budget of operations excIA China.
This includes
-Coordinate with IA china site’s relevant department to collect and analyse data and information of projects
-To follow-up project involving multiple industrial plants include china IA site, support function and IA global platform.
-Give constructive proposal for any issues happened.
-Play a role as a bridge between China BU and IA global for IA strategic projects.
-Provide relevant information or regulatory on project management
1 -Roles and responsibilities
-Strategic project follow up
-Support IA China Head to coordinate with China IA strategic project
-Arrange the periodical meeting with IA Global platform, China BU and Local support team
-Prepare the monthly report for stakeholder
-Other Project follow up
-Under IA China Head’s guidance, manage the variance kinds of projects for IA China, to ensure completion within timeline and budget
-Closely track the progress of all projects and alarm any risk to IA China head and propose sound solutions
-Update project status to stakeholders
-Meeting and problem solving
-Take periodical meeting/visit with IA site (China and Overseas) to provide support and problem solving
-Take periodical meeting with project team to drive the project forward
-Responsible for project follow-up, action plan proposal and position paper to avoid any deviation
-Monthly report
-Consolidate and study internal data/information for reporting and sharing to relevant department
-Support programmes and provide recommendations to improve general management to all China Businesses
-Build up network with relevant Commercial and China affiliate personnel and support cross activity communication
-Other relevant responsibilities at IA China head request
职位要求：
2 -Requirements and competencies
Education
-Bachelor degree or above of Pharmaceutical or Chemical engineering, PMP or MBA are preferred.
Experience
-Five years working experience of project management, preferable at pharma industry.
-Experience on project management, having led at least one project from beginning to end with good result
-Other continuous improvement experience at production workshop, eg. Lean, 6Sigma, etc.
Specific Knowledge & Qualifications
-Fluent in both Chinese and English (French language +)
-Be able to lead projects independently with the strong mindsetmind-set of time and budget control
-Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills
-Good analytical skills and problem solving skills
-Strong logic thinking and presentation skill.
