【Responsibilities】
Social media strategy
? Responsible for the development of digital marketing communication strategies and implementation of products or marketing activities;
? Responsible for the analysis and operation strategy of the digital social platform of headquarters and global key markets, and make clear recommendations for marketing decisions;
? Have a deep understanding of social platforms that have been experienced in operating, interested in developing new platforms (such as Tik Tok etc);
Content Development
? Lead content development plans and social calendar, responsible for social content and integrated communication solutions on social media platforms;
? Regularly taking care of content planning and platform operations of the key institutions and key markets, propose optimization plans and supervise executions;
? Responsible for social deliverables including social retainer and project plan, creative posters, videos, marketing assets, KOL, UGC activities plan and execution plan;
Management and Support
? As a social media manager, communicate externally and internally on business requirements, budget, plan and project process, have the major responsibility for the final result and achievement;
? Responsible for regular public sentiment and local Huawei Mobile accounts monitoring on social media platforms;
? Responsible for suppliers management to ensure each supplier conducts orderly dissemination according to a unified communication idea and rhythm to ensure the output quality and work progress;
? Use digital means to build consumer insights, marketing strategies, campaign effects and other marketing activities to build analysis methods and model management and data evaluation of supplier operations.
【Job Requirements】
Professional skills requirements:
1. More than 5 years of working experience in social media and digital marketing, overseas platforms are preferred;
2. Excellent planning, creativity and copywriting ability;
3. Experience in global/regional social media operation and management, familiar with all features of social media platforms and have strong interests in digital marketing and social media;
4. Experience in planning and executing multi-country joint social campaigns with successful experiences;
5. Have the insights into consumer groups, mainstream social media platforms and emerging social media trends, curious about new approach and new social media platforms;
6. Ability to build strong relations with local offices and other relevant departments;
