Compliance ManagerJob Description
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team! As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to relevant legal standards as well as internal policies and procedures, particularly in areas of anti-bribery and GDPR.
Professionalism and high ethical standard are expected for this position. You also must be a committed person, result driven and always keep in mind company's objectives.
Compliance Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist in design, improveand implement productive and efficient company policies in areas of anti-bribery and GDPR;
· Review contract to ensure it adheres to established policies and procedures;
· Work closely with overseas entities to support and implement Compliance related matters;
· Assist, supervise and oversee the work of colleagues;
· Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of compliance controls and revise procedures where necessary;
· Assist in audit and identify compliance risks or non-conformity issues;
· Collaborate and maintain continuous communication with business operations/BUs;
· Provide compliance training to ensure employees are educated on the latest regulations, guidelines and processes;
· Assist in resolving operations team concerns over compliance matters, particularly over anti-bribery matters;
· Timely report to the Head of Audit and Compliance when a significant compliance issues being identified.
Compliance Manager Requirements:
· Previous working experience as compliance manager in the area of anti-bribery at least 3 years. Have previous work experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology companies;
· Sound knowledge and understanding of the industry’s regulations and best practices, such as FCPA, PRC anti-bribery and other related regulations as appropriate. Basic knowledge of GDPR is a plus;
· Hands-on experience with drafting compliance policy and procedures, particularly anti-bribery related;
· Ability to work well under stress and time pressure, possess good organizational and time-management skills;
· Ability to multi-task and team player;
· Strong communication and language skills, fluent in English is necessary;
· Independent and problem-solver;
· At least Bachelor degree in law, finance, business administration or similar related field.
