职位描述
MAIN TASKS:
Development of new products as well as the new processes and technologies for enteral applications from concept, recipe/process design, lab prototype, pilot and plant trials to commercial launch
Maintenance and improvement of existing products and processes including project management steps
To support the regulatory procedures for product registration under the FSMP regulation by providing product development related documentation
Preparation of the budget and monitoring the expense related to the product development
To support Global and Local Functions regarding exchange of knowledge relating to new processes, technologies and/or regulatory requirements, strengthening the interphase
- Planning, monitoring and documentation of trials results within the process development
Participation and contribution in the compilation and implementation of quality assurance procedures (SOP) in accordance with the Head of DC EN China
Verification of the lab and pilot plant equipment including the respective documentation according to the applicable SOPs
Compliance to Occupational, Environment, Health and Safety rules
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Degree in food technology or applied nutrition science (e. g. food science, food engineering, process technology, food chemistry) or similar education including sufficient expertise; Master’s degree preferred but not a must
At least 5 years of experience in the process technology of the food industry, preferably the dairy processing industry and at least 2 years leading technical project team in R&D
Experience working in the UHT process is essential.
Knowledge of the specific properties of proteins and emulsions (solubility, stability, rheology, protein chemistry)
Experience in handling multiple project at one time
Technical English, speaking and writing
Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
