职位描述
1. Objectives:
-To provide scientific medical expertise to targeted KOLs; Collaborate cross functional scientific activities.
2. Job responsibilities
a.KOL management
-Identify, maintain KOLs network by tracking, analyzing and reporting of KOLs advocacy, contribution and publication status
-Develop professional relationships with targeting KOLs.
-Seek KOLs’ contribution on providing advises to Servier products.
-Provide and discuss scientific information and data to physicians by face to face visiting, speaker training and scientific communications.
-Manage unsolicited requests /objections by physicians.
b.Meeting/Events
-Act as a speaker to present at Servier/Society sponsored activities for up-to-date data based scientific and clinical information on Therapeutic Area and/or Servier product.
-Liaise and provide up-to-date medical support to facilitate listing of products in medical guidelines, RDL, formularies as appropriate.
-Participate in cross functional meetings as appropriate and sharing feed-back of targeting KOLs advocacy and contribution.
-Tailor and adapt speaker slides
c.Clinical trials/Studies
-Contribute to the identification and recommendation of appropriate KOL involvements and participants in Servier sponsored clinical trials.
-Identify and coordinate Investigator Sponsored Studies
d.Cross Functional Contribution
-As a member of project team, support local Marketing/Sales dept. by providing scientific expertise’s point of view.
-Refresh MTK/Sales team with updated clinical progress.
-Collect frequently asked questions and propose answers to relevant Medical Advisors.
-Share information regarding local clinical progress/KOL opinions with Medical advisors and other concerned function
3. Requirements
-Master’s degree or above in clinical medicine, preferable with clinical practice background, in therapeutic areas of Servier products.
-Good communication skills
-Willing to work under pressure
-Clinical study experience, being able to evaluate and design clinical study protocol, case report form and Clinical Study Report.
-Fluent written and spoken English.
-Industry experience as MSL, Product Manager or CRA is preferred.
