Job Descriptions:
- Ensure customers' bookings and instructions are handled correctly and in a timely manner, and ensure to operate complying with the quality requirement.
- Report any failings of carriers and subcontractors to the OP manager
- Prepare per-alert and send to destination office.
- Update AMS/ACI Paper in USA/CANADA Customs Import 2000 system, send the manifest US/CA customs, check and collect AMS/ACI feedback infm.
- Deal with e-booking business on carrier website.
- Coordinator with ocean carrier for any problems & coordinator with oversea UPS SCS office.
Job Requirements:
- College or university graduate.
- Good communication skills and strong responsibility.
- Excellent command in both verbal & written English, at least CET 4, and pc skills.
- At least one year working experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry, familiar with ocean export operation procedure. Major in international trade or ocean shipping will be an advantage.
