职位描述
Responsibilities:- To identify sales opportunities, conduct sales calls and customer visit according to the set territory in order to generate sales volume and revenue through, conversion, retention and penetration.
- To handle customer complaint and enquiry, to coordinate with operation department to follow up the services failure issue, to coordinate with F&A dept with follow up the billing issue in order to proceed service recovery and after sales service to customers as to provide quality sales service.
- To influence customer for using Customer Automation, to install and train customer the CA usage, in order to increase the customer utilization of Customer Automation system and increase the ICRIS usage.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management or relevant discipline.
- 2 years related experience with MNCs, preferably in air express / airline / transportation industry.
- Good Selling Skills and Negotiation Skills.
- Good Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills.
- Good written & spoken English.
