Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
1. Manage various business services in overall to fulfill the organization’s current and future
employee business service needs in effective, reliable, and cost-saving approaches. These
activities should include and not limited to: catering service, company transportation services,
reception service, office supplies & equipment; canteen management, mail room service, meeting
support, cleaning and employee convenience services etc.) 全面监督与管理公司员工服务相关活
动,确保有效、可靠、经济地满足公司目前与未来需求。(包括但不限于:前台服务、办公用品及
办公设备设施管理、餐厅管理,邮寄管理、会务支持、保洁、员工便利等。)
2. Proactively and innovatively working with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and
implement for enhance employee satisfaction, create a great workplace for employee. 主动并积
极关注内外客户,识别需求并通过创新服务以提高员工满意度, 提供一个卓越的工作场所。
3. Planning for the business services related budget in accordance with the company’s guideline, and be responsible to monitor the implementation status from time to time. 制定符合既定标准的
预算,监督管理综合业务部门相关费用的合理使用。
4. To manage effectively, measure and evaluate the services provider’s performance, compliance
and satisfaction level, and also to facilitate the continuous improvement/upgrade of
services/process/facilities so as to support the business activities in a sustainable approach. 有效
评估和管理供应商的服务质量, 有效评估办公室设备设施的使用情况,推进服务及设备设施、服务
流程的更新升级, 为公司业务活动提供持续性的支持。
5. Ensure that all approaches taken on services activities safety, health and environmental
protection are in accordance with current and future development and is based on corporate and
local SHE requirement and practices. 根据总部SHE的要求和本地情况,使办公室的安全、健康和
环境保护措施符合总部目前和未来发展的方针政策。
6. Planning for workspace optimization according to the company business growth as well as the
headcount increase. Facilitate the implementation of agile workplace strategy in all offices to
engage our employees and in the meantime to meet the fast growth of the business. 根据公司业
务发展和人员增长情况, 筹划工作空间的优化利用,在公司各地办公室积极推行灵活工作空间策
略以满足公司业务快速成长及员工敬业需求。
7. Following site GO-LEAN principal and implement workspace 5S management and eliminate
waste and loss. 根据公司精益原则执行办公环境5S管理,消除浪费和减少损失。
8. Liaise with functional or operational area managers to ensure that services policies, program, and
activities are appropriate for their current and future business needs. 联络与协调相关职能部门,
确保办公室管理政策、项目、活动符合目前、未来的业务需求。
9. Support employee’s events according to events’ organizer, and make sure that all
program/activities are aligned with company’s strategy. 根据员工活动组织者或者负责人的要求提
供合理支持,确保所有活动方案与公司目前和未来发 展的方针保持一致。
10. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of paraprofessional staff to ensure that services
activities are completed on time, according to established standards, and within established
budgets. 领导,指导评估和发展专家团队,确保及时提供服务支持。
11. Other business services related tasks or projects assigned by manager
完成上级指派的其他项目。
Specific Knowledge Skills :
1. Ability to operate a computer and
use database, word processing,
spreadsheet, graphing,
PowerPoint and other software as
specific to the company. 能熟练应
用数据处理,文字处理等办公相关软
件。
2. Exercises good verbal and written
communication skills良好的书面和
口头表达能力。
3. Good interpersonal skills; team
player; well-organized. 有组织能力
,较强团队合作精神。
4. Fluent oral and written English is a
plus.流利的英文能力为佳。
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality at
