-In accordance with DS strategy, cover all SAM hospitals to generate qualified business
-Provide DS solution to SAM hospitals, to build and maintain the long-term strategic partnership between BD and SAM hospitals.
-Establish academic platform and help to setup the speaker pools for business.
-Reagent selling acceleration and micro-market analysis
Key Responsibility
-Sales Targets: Actively complete assigned SAM hospitals sales tasks through field clinical education in relevant hospital departments
-Customer management: implement field clinical education and share the experience to establish academic platform and setup the speaker pools for business
-Strictly abide by Country Compliance Law and BD Policy and Rules
-Visit key customers regularly according to the specified scope and do the micro-market analysis for the SAM hospitals. Key customer includes Clinical laboratory director, Micro-biology team leader, relevant clinical department doctors and nurses, Infection & control department director, Equipment director, Vice president and President.
-Make KA Strategy against competitors and long term cooperation plan with SAM hospitals, together with marketing and AS team
-Be participant into Professional Education branding establishment of DS, enhance self-capabilities, especially on knowledge of microbiology, to be an expert in microbiology industrial
Requirement:
-4-5 years sales experience in Pharma/IVD medical devices,
-Key account management knowledge and skills.
-Excellent communication, influence, negotiation skills, and good coordination ability.
-Excellent logic and analysis ability.
-Bachelor degree or above, major in clinical, bio or pharmacy
-Perseverance/Result oriental/Key account & strategic partnership management/Solution selling capability
